It was good while it lasted, but according to the latest SRB message it gone for now if your in zone C.

NAVADMIN 050/09 you may want to read it again. The way it reads to me is the Zone B SRB was reduced by 2.5 and nothing else changed. The paragraph preceding the list of NEC's explains the markings of "-" and "+" . i.e. Zone C for 8425 - 0.0 meaning award level has not changed. Please anybody correct me if I am wrong.
Yes, unfortunately you are wrong. the (-) indicates a place where a change has been made. The change was to bring to 0.0. DOnt worry though, we all know that this is most likely a temporary change. It's a kick in the groin but i'm sure it will come back up in the future.
