I recently graduated SFIDC school and a couple guys in my class went to MARSOC, if you send me your contact info I can forward it on to them and have them give you more info. I went to a brief they had while we were still in school and it seemed as if you don't do too much pt care, you are on a small team of a dozen or so guys and you are the Doc but you may specialize in weapons or a foreign language, so while you are still a provider your mission is also to focus on the other areas.
