OfflineIs there anyway of sorting an adhoc report by the 3 digit of the SSN? In other words, how record jackets are filed? I would like to verify the medical records I have in physical custody to the personnel I have listed in SAMS. I wanted to do this by comparing the records with a report sorted by SSN in SAMS. I am going about this the wrong way?

If you go into SAMS MEdical Tickler tab, then go to Generate Reports, then click on the General Reoports, you can go to the Crew Roster Tab, and then choose the option of filing them by the last 2 of the SSN. That works for me to verify all records are accounted for.
Well, I appreciate your help, however, I've tried that and with over 5000 personnel listed (I'm at an NAS), it looks up the system and creates well over 5000 pages of a roster. Not only that, but it lists all of the data for each member too. Alli need is an alpha roster of everyone in SAMS. Are there any other suggestions?

Sounds like you tried to generate a crew summary. You should be able to print an alpha roster with basic information sorted by last 2. Use the crew roster tab vice the crew summary tab in the reports module. There will be approx 30 to 40 names per page which will give you roughly 167 pages. Good luck.
