Navy Medical Systems Requirements Analyst
Position Number: JR 15191
Location: Norfolk, VA

Duties:
CACI has an immediate need for a Medical Systems Requirements Analyst in our Norfolk, VA location. The Medical System Requirements Analyst will perform the full spectrum of requirements analysis, including validation, prioritization, decomposition of requirements, review of proposed and existing products/projects for requirements compliance, and determination of product deltas. Will assist the Systems Engineer in the review of proposed and existing projects/systems. As an emerging expert, formulates and defines system scope and objectives based on user needs.
Devises or modifies procedures to solve complex problems considering equipment capacity and limitations, operating time, and form of desired results. Prepares detailed specifications from which programs will be written. Analyzes and revises existing system logic difficulties and documentation as necessary. Has full technical knowledge of all phases of applications systems analysis. As team leader, directs the work of less experienced analysts.
Required Qualifications:
Must be eligible to obtain a DoD SECRET Security Clearance.
Minimum of three (3) years of experience in the Navy's Radiation Health Protection Program and completion of a successful shipboard tour as a Radiation Health Technician or a Submarine Independent Duty Corpsman.
MUST have experience in requirements analysis, validation, prioritization, decomposition of requirements for US Navy medical systems. Must have experience working requirements from a system-of-systems integration effort.
Bachelor's degree (in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or related field) or equivalent experience, and five to seven years of related systems requirements experience.
