I am looking for an IDC named Troy Flury, I have been trying to find him for a couple years now, last time I heard he was in DC, any news?

PO kean was the token NAVY NCO sent to the NCO Academy on Kadena back about '95-96' time frame. Since I was an Air Force IDMT (Independent Duty Med Tech) I was detailed to keep him out of trouble and splain the Air Force way to him so even a squid could pass the course. Well we ended up getting in more trouble do to the fact that medic's don't play by the same strict (anal) rules that the line guys do simply because we're gods and their not. Right. Joe is currently deployed and has gone to radio silence. I've been contacted by some friends off his blog site and am looking for an "alive and kicking" update, nothing more.

Looks like quite a few Portsmouth IDC's still out there. I was in SFIDC 11. Mr. Mondak was one of my instructors. He is still the subject of conversation at the command I work at today. Altho, most of the IDC's now only know of him from seastories. Of course from those of us who were lucky enough to live them. Any other SFIDC 11 folks still out there?

I was sad to see news of Dennis' passing. Thanks to "annonymous guest for this posting) and the link. his services are tonite and tomorrow.

I served with him when he was Program Director for IDC school and i was an instructor. God speed on your final cruise Dennis.
